Finding a creative space for a restaurant that serves food as nature intended us to eat was the beautiful yet challenging task we were entrusted with. In naturopathy its believed that, once you cook the food the life in it will be lost. So this restaurant, is an offering from the Pathayam Naturopathy Centre where they decided to serve food without cooking.
We believe that the purpose of the place defines its architecture. Here the core concept of the design was to extend the experience of ‘raw’ food to the interiors as well. From the bamboo lights, brocken terracotta tile and firewood partitian, pantry counter with gabian wall of stone aggregates, rubber wood seating, sand finish reception counter, terracotta wash basin, bottle green cement oxide table with broken terracotta chips, coir and bamboo artwork, we have tried to bring variety in the visuals as sumptuous as in the menu.
